Do I have to be in Ohio?
Not at all. Our private studio in Englewood, Ohio is home base, and we serve North and South Carolina with dedicated appointment days. For clients elsewhere, our Prettie On Location experience brings the studio to you, and virtual consultations let us begin your design from anywhere.
Will my insurance really cover this?
Many plans reimburse cranial prostheses for medically caused hair loss with the right documentation. As an NPI-credentialed provider, we prepare your superbill and walk you through submitting your claim. Coverage varies by plan — we'll help you find out.
How natural will it look?
Each strand is injected by hand into the base with our multi-needle technique, so hair emerges at natural angles with a scalp-like part. It moves, styles, and shines like your own — most people simply can't tell.
What happens at my consultation?
A private, one-on-one appointment — in studio or virtual: we listen to your story, assess color, density, and lifestyle, and design your custom piece together. No pressure, no audience — just you.
